Job Responsibilities
1. Creating a piano teaching curriculum tailored to different age groups, learning styles, and skill levels. 2. Developing interactive piano lesson plans that incorporate music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and technical exercises to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the instrument. 3. Offering group lessons and collaborative playing opportunities to encourage students to develop their listening skills, rhythm, and ensemble playing abilities. 4. Providing personalized feedback and motivation to students to help them overcome challenges and build confidence in their playing. 5. Organizing recitals and performances to showcase student achievements and help them develop a sense of accomplishment and pride in their progress. 6. Encouraging students to practice regularly and develop good practice habits to foster an effective learning experience. 7. Using a variety of teaching materials, from classic piano repertoire to contemporary popular music to keep students engaged and motivated in their learning process. 8. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of music and inspires students to pursue their musical dreams beyond the classroom.
