Job Responsibilities

1. Build and develop the overseas factory procurement management system, establish a procurement supply system, explore multiple supply channels, and manage suppliers. 2. Develop procurement plans based on the company's business goals, provide advice and information support for major procurement decisions, and follow up on and monitor the implementation of procurement processes. 3. Responsible for the department's relevant rules, work standards, and work plans, and supervise and inspect their implementation. 4. Track the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of delivered goods; collect, organize, and analyze market prices of routine procurement materials, and manage price and supply risks. 5. Handle issues arising in the procurement process, including delivery delays, quality problems, and payment issues. 6. Continuously develop competitive suppliers according to the company's business needs. 7. Conduct price comparisons, negotiations, and contract discussions for procurement materials. 8. Cooperate with various inspections and audits.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Over 5 years of relevant work experience, with more than 3 years of team management experience. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; good teamwork spirit and professional ethics. 3. At least 2 years of experience stationed at overseas factories, with English as the working language.
