Job Responsibilities

Market Strategy and Preliminary Investigation 1. Responsible for in-depth market research in target countries/regions, including market size, competitive landscape, consumer demand, policies and regulations and cultural environment analysis, and output the "Overseas Market Entry Feasibility Report"; 2. Evaluate the necessity of establishing overseas offices, lead site selection inspection, cost and benefit calculation and risk assessment, and formulate a 0-1 market expansion plan; 3. Design localized marketing strategies, and plan brand positioning, product adaptation and channel layout plans based on regional characteristics. Preparation and localization of office operation 1. Lead the preparation of overseas offices, including team building (recruitment, training), office location, qualification application and compliance operations (e.g. tax, legal, human resources); 2. Develop local strategic partners and establish an initial sales network; 3. Promote brand localization, manage overseas official websites, social media accounts and public relations activities to ensure that the brand image is in line with local cultural perceptions. Sales support and customer relationship maintenance 1. Provide product training and other cross-cultural communication training for overseas sales teams; 2. Maintain key customers (governments, multinational enterprises, etc.), analyze changes in demand and promote customized solutions; Risk management and control and cross-departmental cooperation 1. Monitor international political and economic risks (exchange rate fluctuations, trade barriers) and formulate emergency plans.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, business management and other related majors; 2. Experience requirements: more than 5 years of overseas market development experience, leading 0-1 market entry or office preparation is preferred; 3. Core competencies: - Proficient in international market research methods; - Cross-cultural communication skills, fluent in English (bonus points for minor languages); 4. Soft qualities: strong adaptability (accept high-frequency overseas business trips), good ability to work under pressure, business sensitivity and negotiation skills. Bonus points - Have market resources and contacts in the target region (such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, etc., there is no specific limitation); - Experience in team management and ability to lead localized teams to collaborate effectively.
