Job Requirements

 The desire to innovate and build creative novel solutions is core to what you do. You must want to change the way things are done for the better and posses the energy and enthusiasm to play a leading role in a disruptive game changing global organisation. A track record of designing and delivering successful solutions to the most complex and challenging customers.  You must be able to understand requirements, design solutions and large-scale software architecture and well as how to build the products that power these solutions. You must be an entrepreneur, a designer, a product develop, a hands-on coder, an architect and a leader. You will be able to eloquently and engagingly describe your vision and roadmap for the products and solutions that will be delivering success to customers in 5-10 years time.  Your conference appearances, publications, books and media presence will speak for themselves. You can demonstrate the ability to manage and cooperate with an international team, different nations, different roles including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Standardization.
