Job Responsibilities
1. Docking and follow-up feedback on on-site problems of the client; 2. Connect with the PM of each after-sales team, and do a good job of problem summary record and program output; 3. Develop and manage the service provider at the project site, and coordinate the service provider to deal with on-site problems; 4. Co-ordination, summary, analysis and prediction of after-sales problems in the service area; 5. Collect project site problems/customer suggestions and give feedback to the inside.
Job Requirements
1. Excellent English expression and communication skills; 2. Good organization and coordination skills and work planning skills; 3. Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips; 4. Good ability to use office software and output report; 5. Experience in transformer industry is preferred, and foreign travel experience is preferred; 6. C1 driver's license.
