Job Responsibilities
1. Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals. 2. Develop and manage local partners, provide training, and ensure distributors meet annual targets. 3. Research trade policies, industry demands, and competitor strategies for the assigned region. 4. Coordinate project execution, be responsible for final results, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Background in communications electronics or industrial automation, with over 1 year of experience in developing the European market. English should be used as a working language. 2. Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred. 3. Experience in distributor development and management is preferred. 4. Ability to travel for short or long-term assignments based on work requirements. 5. Strong learning ability, proactive, communicative, and good at collaboration.
