Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the information collection, sorting and screening of the intelligent building market in the Middle East region, and tracking and managing potential leads; 2. Assisted department leaders to analyze and judge the project’s feasibility, and carried out project initiation management; 3. Responsible for organizing the bidding work after the establishment of the project, and take the primary responsibility for projects’ bidding; 4. Assist in contract signing of the winning project and client’s management in the construction process; 5. Responsible for evaluating the work performance of the staff of the bidding project team, and propounding on the bonus distribution of contracted projects; 6. Responsible for organizing the analysis and discussion of the unsuccessful project; 7. Complete other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements
1. Academic Background: Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, science and engineering; oversea college graduates are preferred; 2. Work Experience: more than 2 years working experience in weak current, mechanical and electrical installation, public construction project; 3. Language Requirements: English can be used as the working language, working experience
