Job Responsibilities

1, the Southeast Asian market data centers and high-efficiency server room, building energy efficiency, building intelligence business, such as the direct responsibility for the completion of sales tasks, the overall responsibility for the establishment of customer relations; 2、Responsible for proposing project projects, developing and organizing the implementation of a complete sales program, to complete the project bidding, contracting; 3、Maintain customer relations, assist the project manager to complete the implementation of the contracted project; 4, master the data center room, high-efficiency room, energy saving industry market dynamics, familiar with the market situation and have unique insights, grasp the latest sales information, for the department's business development strategy to provide the basis; 5, the project team performance assessment, enhance the overall performance level of the team.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree, computer network/electromechanical/electrical/building automation/costing and other majors, 25-40 years old; 2, More than 3 years of pre-sales technical support work experience in data centers and high-efficiency server rooms, building energy efficiency, building intelligence projects; 3, Technical skills required: proficiency in the use of office hardware and software tools, familiar with industry norms, understanding of the current and future development of intelligent buildings new technologies and new directions, knowledge of network technology, building electrical and intelligent, data room, energy saving, etc., with the complex, office buildings, industrial parks, intelligent program design capabilities; 4, Familiar with the Southeast Asian market is preferred.
