Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the internal work of the market department, complete various forms required by the company; 2. Organize and archive documents the department; 3. Complete the order confirmation process for sales staff; 4. Check and respond to customer emails and faxes, and promptly address customer requests; . 5.Reply to customers with delivery dates (via fax or email) to confirm our production schedule; 6. Arrange for accurate and timely shipping from the finished goods warehouse the customer's required timeframe; 7. Answer customer calls, understand customer needs, and meet customer demands to enhance customer satisfaction; 8. Review orders to ensure they within normal delivery times; 9. Check the status of customers' previous accounts receivable; 10. Handle customer complaints, confirm the content of the complaints, track the progress of resolution. Job Requirements
