Job Responsibilities
1. Provide support for overseas sales orders, supervising and tracking the execution progress of orders. 2. Accept orders from overseas clients, offering services such as quotation preparation, contract management, lead time tracking, shipping arrangements, and the safekeeping of related documents. 3. Promptly address and follow up on customer feedback, maintaining strong client relationships. 4. Compile sales data and conduct regular processing and analysis of sales metrics.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience; 2. Good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 3. Clear articulation with good language expression and communication skills; 4. Strong data analysis, logical thinking abilities, and learning capability, with a requirement for carefulness and responsibility in work.
