Job Responsibilities
1. Source talents from different regions, including Hong Kong, EU, UK US, and multiple countries. 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboard candidates, etc. 3. Conduct the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiation. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. 5. Familiar with current industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2. 2+ years of working experience in recruitment in sizeable organization. 3. Experience and knowledge of the Retail/ FMCG sectors would be an advantage. 4. Attention to details, proactive, willing to learn and be a team player. 5. Strong relationship management and good communication skills. 6. Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact. 7. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua is a must
