Job Responsibilities

1. Project development in domestic market, target customers and make business-development strategies. 2. Translating, proofreading, editing and vetting marketing or tender documents etc. 3. Negotiate and bid for projects, coordinate the internal resources for the project bid.

Job Requirements

1. Degree Holders with at least 3 years relevant experience in property services industry. 2. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua. 3. Familiar with MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. 4. Good communication, presentation and supervisory skills 5. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical power. 6. Pleasant personality and willing to meet challenges.
