Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities: 1. In charge of visitors' guidance and hospitality; 2. Responsible for the establishment and management of customer files, the collection, archiving and management of the data; regular visits and return visits to tenants; 3. Responsible for the transmission of notices and documents in the region; 4. Handle the tenants' repairs, complaints, suggestions, opinions, and follow up and coordinate the departments to deal with them. 5. Inspect the public area and do a good job in the management of the property management services in the area.

Qualifications: 1. Over 18 years old, full-time college degree or above, hotel management, property management and other related majors are preferred; 2.
