Job Requirements

Understanding of how to manage each stage of the project life cycle within organisational and cost constraints: scope of project, plan activities, risk and issue management, manage resources allocated, measure project progress, determine corrective actions to ensure successful project implementationIdentify risks of negative outcomes, measure impact, recognise when to escalate risk and minimise risk through corrective actionUnderstand the principles to unite a group into an effective teamAbility to translate ideas, thoughts, feelings into speech that is appropriate and understood by the audience; is professional and courteousBeing able to manage own behaviour and control emotions, think clearly and remain positive when faced with negative responses, actions or difficult situationsBeing able to create written materials with objectivity, conciseness and clarity and medium of communication tailored for delivery and targeted audience. This may apply to a variety of mediums e.g. report writing, business planning, policy writing etc Typically 4 to 7 years solving problems without assistance and has strong competence with various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish the jobKnowledge and background in Treasury area:Front/Middle Office experience in Treasury area in China (domain areas include accounting for Interest Rate derivatives, FX and Bond, Credit derivatives, Pricing, Risk management, VaR)Project experience in Security Trade Platform.Prefer working experience in Bank and related industry.
