Job Responsibilities
Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required. Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary. Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and to offer alternatives using available resources. Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Prefer manufacturing experience in customer service. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. Speaks Mandarin preferred.
