Job Responsibilities
1. Channel Management (Achieving Performance): Manage relationships with VAD and existing partners to ensure their success and satisfaction. Monitor channel performance and provide feedback to boost sales. 2. Channel Enablement: Organize training to enhance partners’ sales, marketing and tech skills, and supplying marketing and sales tools for effective promotion. 3. Collaboration with VAD and Internal Teams: Collaborate well with all levels of VAD and partners, and work with cross-functional teams to align channel efforts with business strategies. 4. New Channel Expansion: Spot and build new channel partnerships to widen market coverage.
Job Requirements
• English can be used as working language. • 15+ years of experience in channel sales management, with a proven track record of success. • Experience in distributor/VAD management is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic channel plans. • Experience in training and developing channel partners. • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve channel performance.
