Job Responsibilities
1. Support key programs of HR and administration, such as organizational development, cross-culture, internationalization of digital process and etc. 2. Communicate effectively with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns; 3. Circulate HR and administration related documents and collect responses. 4. Data analysis and maintenance when necessary; 5. Other tasks assigned by leader.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in English or Chinese and wringting skills in one of small language (Thai language), oral fluently; 2. Proficient in the use of office software (word, excel, ppt, etc.); 3. Good in communication and self-motivated, have a sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, affable and able to take on high work pressure.
