Job Responsibilities
· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, tickets and emails in a timely manner · Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics · Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters · Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every (technical) issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, including warranty replacement · Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service related issues · Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile · Keep records of all conversations in our ticket system database in a comprehensible way · Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level · Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements
· Technician, electrician, bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors · Self-motivator, and with related experience in the solar industry is plus · Good communicator with fluent German · English and other European languages will be plus
