Job Responsibilities

1. Utilize financial accounting and management principles to provide support for business decisions, assist the general manager in formulating company strategy, and lead the development of the company's financial strategy and planning. 2. Establish and improve internal financial processes, create a scientific and systematic financial accounting system and monitoring framework that aligns with the company's actual situation, and implement effective internal controls. 3. Develop company capital operation plans, supervise capital management reports, and oversee budget and financial reports. 4. Calculate the cost of capital raising methods for company expenditures. 5. Plan the company's funding needs reasonably, ensure adequate operational funding, and approve significant capital flows. 6. Lead financial risk assessment, guidance, monitoring, and control for major business projects and operational activities. 7. Coordinate relationships with banks, industry and commerce departments, tax authorities, and other government agencies to protect the company's interests. 8. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of significant company matters, providing financial analysis and decision support for company operations, business, and development.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Major： Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field. 2. Knowledge and Skills: Experience in the express delivery industry (essential), experience in express delivery industry management (essential), and financial management experience in the express delivery industry. 3. Work Experience: 10 years or more of relevant financial work experience. 4. Personal Traits: Strong principles, high adaptability, and excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
