Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Management: Oversight of the finance department's daily operations and accounting, ensuring the efficacy and efficiency of financial processes. 2. Process Improvement: Continuous review and enhancement of accounting procedures to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in financial transactions. 3. Strategic Support: Furnish data-driven insights for corporate decision-making and assist in formulating business strategies and budgeting. 4. System Development: Establish and preserve a comprehensive financial structure, internal control mechanisms, and accounting policies to secure the company's sustainable growth. 5. Task Completion: Execute assigned tasks with a high degree of efficiency and adaptability.

Job Requirements

1. Expertise: Proficiency in international accounting standards, particularly those of Mexico, along with a thorough understanding of tax regulations and robust financial analytical skills. 2. Technical Competence: Demonstrated financial analytical proficiency, adeptness in utilizing financial software, and comprehensive knowledge of national tax policies and regulations. 3. Professionalism: Adherence to ethical standards, a strong sense of duty, and an exemplary teamwork ethic. 4. Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional abilities in communication, organization, and rapid adaptation to new knowledge. 5. Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in establishing financial management systems from the ground up or engaging in financial reform projects. 6. Qualifications and Language Proficiency: Candidates with professional certifications such as CPA, USCPA, ACCA are favored; Spanish language proficiency is preferred, with English as a required working language for non-Spanish speakers. The company is located in Mexico City, and priority will be given to candidates holding visas from Mexico, the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. The company will assist with obtaining a Mexican work visa after arrival, with all associated costs covered.
