Job Responsibilities
Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance Chagee Singapore brand identity and market positioning within the country. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement. Customer Services Leadership: Oversee customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including managing customer service teams and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and customer service budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and customer service team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on branding, marketing, and customer service activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Country General Manager and SEA Branding & Marketing Director.
Job Requirements
Extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer service leadership, particularly within the retail sector. Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using marketing and customer service management software. Outstanding creativity and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
