Job Responsibilities

1. Master the principle and product function of the company's laser welding testing equipment; 2. Master the on-site installation process of the product, including DOE verification, equipment delivery, etc.; 3. Deal with customer problems in a timely manner and continuously improve technical services; 4. Establish the company's brand image, improve project implementation efficiency and customer satisfaction; 5. Dispatched to the front-line work of customers.

Job Requirements

1. Have Chinese + English language skills, be able to communicate through oral dialogue and written text; 2. Science and engineering major, bachelor degree or above; 3. Technical support work experience is preferred; 4. Practical work, responsible, good at communication, and strong learning ability; 5. In the future, you may be responsible for other projects in India, and you need to accept a certain amount of business travel and geographical flexibility.
