Job Responsibilities

1. The SPS expert is responsible for securing SPS industrialization, ensuring a high supply rate (90%+) of SPS parts in the General Assemble shop in CEER. This role is crucial in the intra-logistic setup and involves working onsite in CEER – Riyadh (after contract signing) and KAEC (from the second half of 2025). 2. The expert will define the required ME budget for projects, track the budget internally, and report on it. 3. The role includes defining and following up on the overall timeline for SPS implementation according to car project delivery milestones. The expert will design and implement all SPS setups in CEER, considering the entire flow setup, including SPS strategy for each line, process flow charts, layout, system functions, PFMEA, and related equipment needs. They will design all SPS carts, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare X-functional reports, manage program execution, define RFPs for equipment, work with procurement for equipment purchase, follow up with suppliers, validate with stakeholders, and continuously improve. Additional responsibilities include PFEP control, layout management, optimal introduction of product changes, and driving the logistic equipment and tooling within the physical material flow.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering. 2.Familiar with MS Office and Autocad. 3.Fluent in English, written and spoken. 4.Good knowledge and implementation experience in 5.Toyota SPS experience is preferred. 6.Logistic system knowledge. 7.Analytical mind. 8.10+ years of experience in logistics planning and material handling engineering.
