Job Responsibilities

1. Track and analyze industry product information, identify product application development trends; 2. Responsible for developing new products; 3. Focus on technical solutions, including pre-sales customer demand understanding, product specific development technical work, customer technical support after large-scale production of products, and other related work, and track customer feedback on product issues to propose systematic solutions; 4. Support internal team related work (production, sales, procurement, etc.).

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in polymer materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, composite materials or related majors; 2. Possess good communication and problem-solving skills, able to communicate and present complex information professionally as needed, and able to explain technical points to clients; 3. Understand polymer related knowledge and be familiar with experimental design (DOE). 4. Familiar with software office software.
