Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems such as Polycom and Huawei's Intelligent Visual Systems. 2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video systems. 3. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of UPS systems in the server room, including battery replacement. 4. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of printers, including troubleshooting. 5. Responsible for the operation of VoIP and IP phone systems from Avaya or equivalent manufacturers. 6. Responsible for the operation of Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) systems from Motorola or equivalent manufacturers. 7. Responsible for optical fiber splicing work. 8. Responsible for daily desktop support and maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Extensive experience and skills in data center operations and maintenance. 2. Solid experience and skills in enterprise communication systems, including familiarity with communication towers, bunkers, DC power systems, base stations, core systems, etc.; experience in the daily operation of enterprise telecom system servers and terminals. 3. Extensive experience and skills in enterprise wireless communication systems; strong knowledge of Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) technology principles and products from manufacturers like Motorola and others; rich experience in maintaining DMR base station hardware and terminal radios. 4. Solid experience and skills in video and audio engineering systems, sound systems, video conferencing systems, large screen displays, and video wall systems; strong knowledge of the components and integration of these multimedia systems. 5. Extensive experience and skills with AVAYA IP phone systems or equivalent manufacturer products; familiar with planning, troubleshooting, and managing VoIP systems. 6. Basic English communication skills.
