Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the preparation and teaching of gymnastics / Yoga course; 1.负责操课/瑜伽课程的课程准备及授课； 2. Do a good job before and after yoga class; 2.做好瑜伽课程课前、课后工作； 3. Fully and carefully prepare the actions or contents of each class; 3.充分精心准备每次上课所讲的动作或内容； 4. Communicate with students after class and collect data and opinions from members; 4.课后跟学员之间沟通，收集会员数据和意见； 5. Selection and training of teaching assistants; 5.助教老师的遴选与培养训练； 6. Communicate with the relevant personnel about the course arrangement every month, and do well in the monthly activities every time; 6.每个月与相关人员沟通课程安排，搞好每次的月活动； 7. Prepare the promotion of each new course, course materials, and prepare some new information for the students every month; 7.准备每次新课的推广，课程资料，每月准备一些新的信息给学员； 8. Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and cleaning of the instruments in the classroom; 8.负责教室内的器械的检查、维护、报修、清理工作； 9. Participate in business training according to the arrangement of the guild hall, and do a good job in internal communication and sharing; 9.根据会馆安排参加业务培训，并做好内部的交流与分享；
