Job Description: Pre-sales technical communication (product presentation, technical exchange) and project follow-up. Development of customer technical solutions. Pre-sales response evaluation (implementation of customer experience experiments on experimental platforms). Customer maintenance, visits, and demand collection. Professional technical training for customers.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Master's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry, or related fields. 1 year or more of experience in synthetic research (preference for continuous synthesis experience) or chemical technical support. Solid professional knowledge and interest in micro-reaction continuous flow technology. Overseas experience, with English as a working language. Proficient in using ChemDraw chemical structure drawing software and common office software. Familiar with commonly used laboratory instruments. Experience in installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ion chromatography, packed bed devices, etc., is preferred. Good communication skills and team collaboration awareness. Able to adapt to short-term business trips. Active and passionate about work, quick-thinking, good at summarizing, proactive in feedback, and having good work reporting habits.
