Job Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality fitness service for every member and guest in strict accordance with the service procedures and in a warm and meticulous manner; 1.严格按照服务程序、热情细致的为每一位会员及嘉宾提供优质的健身服务； 2. Clearly understand the training speed of each member, and maintain a good customer relationship with members; 2.清楚的了解每一位会员的训练速度，与会员保持良好的客际关系； 3. Design fitness programs for members in line with their own characteristics; 3.为会员设计符合自身特点的健身方案； 4. Actively participate in club training courses and promotion activities; 4.积极参加俱乐部培训课程及推广活动； 5. Provide interest courses or new technology training methods for members; 5.为会员提供兴趣课程或新科技锻炼方法； 6. Inspect all the fitness equipment in the equipment room to ensure the safety of the equipment and the sanitation and comfort of the equipment room environment; 6.巡查器械房内所有健身器械，保证器械的使用安全性和器械房环境的卫生与舒适； 7. Always pay attention to the safety status of members in the work, and meet the needs of members in time; 7.工作中始终关注会员的安全状况，及时满足会员的需求； 8. Take timely and effective first aid measures for emergency injury. 8.对紧急受伤事故进行及时、有效的急救措施。

Job Requirements

1. Hold the national qualification certificate of fitness coach; 1.持有健身教练国家资格证书； 2. Master the professional knowledge of physiology, nutrition and motor skills; 2.掌握专业的生理学、营养和运动技能等方面的知识； 3. Good communication skills and even sales promotion ability; 3.具有良好的沟通能力甚至是推销能力； 4. Master certain fitness knowledge; 4.掌握一定的健身常识； 5. Master certain teaching skills and first aid skills; 5.掌握一定的教学技巧和急救技能； 6. Have a high sense of responsibility and rigorous working attitude; 6.具有高度的责任心和严谨的工作态度； 7. Hard working spirit; 7.具有吃苦耐劳的工作精神； 8. Have patience and strong sense of service; 8.具有耐心和较强的服务意识； 9. Master the use and maintenance of related fitness equipment. 9.掌握相关健身器械的使用和维护。
