Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy, annual business plan and product R&D strategic plan; 2. Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's magnetic components R&D team, responsible for technical R&D team training; 3. Investigate and evaluate advanced technology in the industry, import internal R&D team, technology planning and implementation; 4. Lead the development team to manage, develop and design the company's business system and take charge of the development task. 5. Demand analysis, development plan formulation; 6. Need to communicate and coordinate with client designer directly in technology; 7. Coordinating communication between team members and other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics and electrical related specialty. Experience in electromagnetic components/power supply industry is preferred. 2. More than 8 years working experience and 3 years team management experience. 3. Familiar with R&D project management, IATF16949 certification requirements, familiar with product-related. 4. Knowledge of laws and regulations. 5. Frontier industry insights, a very clear understanding of the industry, market, products, with the same industry 6. The background of joint venture/foreign-funded brand enterprises is preferred. 7. Clear technical system ideas, strong project planning, management and communication skills;
