Job Responsibilities
1. Re-develop work processes for routine activities to increase efficiency and quality; 2. Assist in the development of a new activity: finance control for SMEs; 3. Create an offer for finance controlling with the management; 4. Make/validate quotations together with the managers/seniors; 5. Participate in sales forecast for budget and expansion planning; 6. Review planning & time/expenses budget and quotation for the mission; 7. Monitor the time budget with timesheets software and alert client of potential overruns; 8. Control of productivity against client contracts; 9. Check accurate and timely billing and payment with FTA’s accountant; 10. Review/control operation staff expense claim and overtime requests; 11. Any additional tasks, within general or specific instructions, which might improve efficiency and profitability of the company.
Job Requirements
1. More than 8-year work experience with Accounting/Finance and Audit background, financial control experience will be a plus; 2. Native French language speaker, proficiency in English (written and oral) is a must; 3. Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines; 4. Meticulous with excellent attention to detail; 5. Proficiency in in business intelligence software a plus (otherwise, training will be provided); 6. Able to communicate on technical issues with non-technical international clients; 7. Good social skills and proactive team player able to bring ideas.
