Job Responsibilities
1. Implement and improve policies and processes related to onboarding, transfers, adjustments, and departures. 2. Manage employee personnel information and maintain HR system data. 3. Oversee social insurance and housing fund management, as well as employee benefits management. 4. Participate in the improvement of human resource systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance HR operational efficiency in conjunction with daily work. 5. After training, candidates may be assigned to Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and other countries.
Job Requirements
1. No specific major required; preferred fields include Spanish, Portuguese, human resources, or management, with relevant HR experience being a plus. 2. Spanish or Portuguese can be used as working languages. 3. Open to graduates from the 2022-2024 cohort with relevant work experience. 4. Willing to relocate, with strong learning and communication skills, a resilient personality, quick thinking, and a good development vision with some ability to handle pressure. 5. Proficient in Excel and has good information technology operation skills.
