Job Responsibilities
1.Prepare recipes according to the chef and production requirements, and prepare various required French dishes; 2.Pre-meal preparation of all kinds of food materials, daily check whether the materials are complete; 3.Assist the chef in the improvement and formulation of French menu and working process; 4. Develop new French dishes irregularly.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, have certain English conversation ability; 2.More than 3 years of work experience in star-rated hotel, strong research and development ability and team management ability; 3. Passionate about French food making, committed to further study in the industry, with active service awareness; 4. Familiar with the production standards of French food, capable of producing dishes independently; 5. Working experience in international Association or Michelin restaurant is preferred; 6. Foreigners are preferred, able to communicate in English and Chinese.
