Job Responsibilities

1. New Customer Development: Participate in product sales and new customer acquisition, providing advisory sales services to clients, and completing contract signing, product delivery, and usage. 2. Existing Customer Maintenance: Provide after-sales service to established clients, build stable customer relationships, continuously explore customer needs, and increase cooperation in products. 3. Payment Collection: Complete customer payment collection in accordance with contract terms and company requirements, prevent customer arrears and overdue payments, and maintain orderly cooperative relationships with clients. 4. Other Tasks: Complete customer quotations, work with operations to resolve customer issues, and work with team members to set and achieve performance goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a passion for sales work. 2. Meticulous and proactive work attitude, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit. 3. Good stress resistance and strong logical thinking, communication and coordination, comprehensive analysis, and learning abilities. 4. Good customer management and business development skills, with experience in telecommunications operators and service providers preferred. 5. Good English proficiency, with Chinese communication skills preferred. 6. Preference for candidates with 3 years of B2B sales experience.
