Job Responsibilities
1. Onsite manage the sorting operation and workers in warehouse. 2. Operational Excellence: improve sorting processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency. 3. Continuous Improvement: Implement lean principles and methodologies to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. 4. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety awareness. 5. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in sorting and packaging operations.
Job Requirements
1. 1-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations management. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement. 6. Strong written and oral communication skill in English.
