Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for market expansion and sales management in the designated region. 2. Engage directly in sales promotion and business development, analyze market and competitor characteristics, formulate and implement effective sales strategies to ensure or exceed the company's sales targets. 3. Responsible for expanding the market horizontally and vertically, managing and maintaining channels to sustain rapid sales growth. 4. Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with distributors and partners. 5. Understand market and customer needs, provide feedback to the company, and drive product and technology upgrades and improvements.

Job Requirements

1. Over 1 year of international sales experience in medical devices 2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade, Foreign Languages, Marketing, or related fields 3. Willingness to travel 4. Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work 5. Proficiency in at least one foreign language: English or Spanish
