Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing the company's cross-border export logistics channels and overseas warehouse business, building a high-quality cross-border logistics supply chain. 2. Develop logistics channels such as dedicated lines and express services based on the characteristics of the cross-border e-commerce industry and customer needs, and coordinate cooperation with suppliers. 3. Establish an evaluation mechanism for logistics service providers to ensure service quality, response time, and cost advantages through a process of selection and elimination. 4. Regularly maintain the company's international logistics dedicated lines and small package product channels. 5. Coordinate logistics requirements across various departments in the business chain, develop suitable logistics solutions, and quickly address and resolve business pain points. 6. Monitor all stages of logistics channels post-shipment, including collection, analysis, and feedback of timeliness and volume data, handle problem packages, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to address any issues. 7. Develop an overall logistics operation plan, establish daily operation management systems and SOP workflows, and achieve long-term cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals through various operational methods. 8. Oversee daily management tasks of the logistics department.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in logistics or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics products and supply chain services, with at least 3 years of management experience. Experience in freight forwarding is preferred, with familiarity in cross-border small packages, dedicated lines, express delivery, and overseas warehouse product operation models and processes. 3. Strong data analysis skills, capable of accurately grasping customer needs and market trends for platform logistics product design. 4. Proficient in daily office software with strong team collaboration skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, data analysis capability, and stress resilience, with a proactive attitude and quick learning and adaptation to new business knowledge.
