Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in negotiating with clients in the Southeast Asian market, ensuring the timely completion of standard products and customized projects with high quality and in line with customer requirements, which includes managing Salesforce system processes, contracts, project communication, and internal process alignment; 2. Explore new markets, follow up with potential customers, establish channel networks, facilitate the conversion of standard product orders and project orders, and proactively and professionally handle customer inquiries, coordinating effectively with the internal team to promptly meet customer needs; 3. Collect and analyze market demand and trends in Southeast Asia and potential markets through various channels, actively feed back market demands to the company, enhance the company's brand awareness through event hosting and product promotion; 4. Negotiate orders and follow up on existing customer projects, ensuring timely completion according to customer requirements, including contracts, customer communication, and corresponding internal processes; 5. Produce and translate English documents required for daily work; 6. Translate marketing materials such as manuals, technical guidance documents, and promotional materials into English; 7. Understand and analyze market demand and trends in Southeast Asia and potential new markets, as well as the dynamics of competing brands.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in English, International Trade, Automation, or Intelligent Hardware industries; 2. At least 1 year of experience in foreign trade sales, channel development, and non-standard automation project follow-up, familiar with international trade processes, and market promotion experience is preferred; 3. TEM8 or TEM6 in English, with a business English proficiency level; 4. Strong English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 5. Proficient in using EXCEL and PPT; 6. Clear thinking, strong logical abilities, and good expression and communication skills; 7. High sense of work responsibility, proactive, meticulous, and willing to develop long-term career in the industrial robot field.
