Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in formulating the department budget and work plan for the offline promotion team, and follow up on implementation. 2. Collaborate closely with business line leaders to communicate monthly work plans and achieve monthly performance targets. 3. Monitor performance forecasts and business analysis, and suggest improvements to business strategies and order management tools. 4. Organize market research to analyze promotional activities of the company's products and competitors in the market. 5. Participate in planning and implementing a series of offline promotional activities and prepare evaluation and summary reports. 6. Organize the recruitment, training, assessment, selection, and appointment of full-time offline promotion staff. 7. Manage part-time personnel, supervising, assessing, and standardizing their work performance.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher, any major. 2. Over 5 years of offline promotion experience in finance or e-commerce, with experience in companies like Lexin, Aisxue, and Ai Youmi preferred, as well as domestic campus promotion experience. 3. Strong knowledge of market promotion and personal insights into offline promotion. 4. Good execution, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. 5. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and written expression skills. 6. Responsible, able to handle high work pressure, and willing to accept permanent responsibility for designated areas.
