Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the whole life cycle project management of projects in the region, pay attention to project implementation risks, mobilize and lead internal and external resources to complete tasks at all levels of the project, and ensure the realization of each key node; 2. Responsible for maintaining close communication with customers, coordinating customer resources, and maintaining customer relationships; Communicate customer needs to the domestic team and maintain high-quality communication with customers; 3. Formulate project plans, continuously update and track, and be responsible for the control of project progress, quality, cost and scope objectives; 4. Project process management, responsible for the correct implementation of the project management process and system in the project, to ensure the effective implementation of the project management system process, resource coordination, process supervision, and problem solving; 5. Project risk and cost control, participate in the evaluation of project technical agreements, identify relevant technical parameters, reasonably avoid technical risks, and be responsible for project cost management and cost control; 6. Project site delivery, acceptance, review and project final accounts, and help the sales department to complete the project payment, do a good job of project summary, and ensure that the payment is collected according to the plan; 7. Responsible for the formulation of project management standards for overseas English market projects.

Job Requirements

1. 3 years of project management experience in photovoltaic and energy storage industry; 2. Fluent in spoken English, overseas project experience is preferred; 3. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, electrical, mechanical or automation; 4. Passionate, strong execution and pressure resistance, conscientious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous. 5. Able to adapt to overseas business trips and overtime.
