Job Responsibilities

1、沟通桥梁与翻译支持: ---作为中方与越南经销商之间的主要沟通桥梁,确保双方信息准确、及时传递。 ---提供中文与越南语之间的翻译服务,包括邮件、会议记录、合同文件等,确保双方理解一致。 2、销售项目跟进: ---协助销售团队跟进销售项目,包括订单处理、发货安排、库存监控等,确保项目按时、按质完成。 ---协调解决项目执行过程中出现的问题,如物流延误、产品质量反馈等,与中方及越南经销商保持紧密沟通。 3、市场反馈与数据分析: ---收集并分析越南市场的反馈,包括客户需求、竞争对手动态、市场趋势等,为销售团队提供决策支持。 ---定期整理销售数据,包括销售额、市场份额、客户满意度等,协助销售团队评估业绩,制定改进计划。 4、客户关系维护: ---协助销售团队维护与越南经销商的良好关系,定期回访,了解客户需求,提升客户满意度。 ---参与或组织客户活动,如产品培训、展会支持等,增强品牌在当地市场的影响力。 5、内部协作与流程优化: ---与中方团队(如供应链、财务、法务等)保持密切合作,确保业务流程顺畅,解决跨部门协作中的问题。 ---持续优化内部工作流程,提高工作效率,提出改进建议,促进团队成长。 1. Communication Bridge and Translation Support: --- As the main communication bridge between the Chinese side and the Vietnamese distributors, ensure the accurate and timely transmission of information between both parties. --- Provide translation services between Chinese and Vietnamese languages, including emails, meeting records, contract documents, etc., to ensure mutual understanding. 2. Sales Project Follow-up: --- Assist the sales team in following up on sales projects, including order processing, shipping arrangements, inventory monitoring, etc., to ensure the projects are completed on time and to quality. --- Coordinate and solve problems that arise during the project execution, such as logistics delays, product quality feedback, etc., maintain close communication with the Chinese side and the Vietnamese distributors. 3. Market Feedback and Data Analysis: --- Collect and analyze feedback from the Vietnamese market, including customer needs, competitor dynamics, market trends, etc., to provide decision support for the sales team. --- Regularly organize sales data, including sales volume, market share, customer satisfaction, etc., assist the sales team in evaluating performance and formulating improvement plans. 4. Customer Relationship Maintenance: --- Assist the sales team in maintaining good relationships with Vietnamese distributors, conduct regular visits, understand customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction. --- Participate in or organize customer activities, such as product training, exhibition support, etc., to enhance the brand's influence in the local market. 5. Internal Collaboration and Process Optimization: --- Maintain close cooperation with the Chinese team (such as supply chain, finance, legal affairs, etc.), ensure smooth business processes, solve problems in cross-departmental collaboration. --- Continuously optimize internal work processes, improve work efficiency, propose improvement suggestions, and promote team growth.

Job Requirements

1、教育背景:本科及以上学历,专业不限。 2、语言能力:流利的中文和越南语沟通能力,能够熟练进行双语书面及口头翻译。 3、工作经验:至少1年工作经验,有跨国公司或跨文化沟通经验者优先,医疗行业背景非必需。 4、专业技能:熟练使用Office等办公软件,具备基本的数据分析能力和项目管理潜力。 5、软技能:优秀的沟通协调能力,注重细节,责任心强,能够在快节奏环境中高效工作。 6、学习能力:愿意学习医疗行业知识,快速适应新环境,具备持续学习和自我提升的态度。 1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major is not restricted. 2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese, capable of proficient bilingual written and oral translation. 3. Work Experience: At least 1 year of working experience, candidates with experience in multinational companies or cross-cultural communication are preferred. Background in the medical industry is not mandatory. 4. Professional Skills: Proficient in using Office and other office software, possessing basic data analysis capabilities and potential for project management. 5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Learning Ability: Willing to learn medical industry knowledge, able to quickly adapt to new environments, and possessing an attitude of continuous learning and self-improvement.
