Job Responsibilities

Fully responsible for on-site project management tasks, including safety, quality, progress, payment collection, safety planning, and schedule management. Responsible for cost management, formulating cost control plans, and overseeing design and procurement costs; directly accountable for on-site cost control to ensure profit targets are met. Prepare monthly project expense budgets within the company-approved project budget framework, and establish expense and labor wage accounts.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent team management capabilities; Possess a First-Class Constructor Certificate; Willing to travel and comply with the company's work location arrangements. Five or more years of experience in curtain wall project management.
