Job Responsibilities
1.Continue to explore overseas markets, establish business development channels, and effectively establish alliances with TOP companies in the industry; 2. Lead the overseas market business team to carry out overseas markets, channel expansion, product sales and management, and complete sales tasks; 3. Accurately study and judge industry trends and market trends, formulate overseas business development plans and goals, and provide strategic advice for formulating and optimizing overseas sales business processes and overseas sales operation management systems; 4. Organize and carry out overseas market research, and be responsible for the brand building and promotion of the company's products overseas; 5. Sensitive identification of business opportunities, leading and promoting the signing of key customers and project business negotiation contracts; 6. Manage overseas customer information files, communicate with customers beforehand, maintain and strengthen customer relationships; 7. Responsible for team building, guiding and training the business work of the department's business personnel, and forming an excellent team through the management, motivation, training and guidance of business personnel.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with overseas or overseas work experience; 2. Familiar with import and export business processes and foreign trade related laws and regulations, working experience in direct selling companies such as Longrich, Infinitus, Tiens and other direct selling companies is preferred; 3. more than 3 or 5 years of overseas business sales experience, and more than 2 years of overseas sales team or branch management experience in personal care, cosmetics, daily chemicals, home cleaning and other industries; 4. Strong business awareness, with the ability to independently develop foreign markets and the ability to prevent international risks; 5. Proficient in foreign trade process and related laws and regulations, familiar with overseas markets such as Africa, Europe, and the United States, proficient in market research, and good at channel development and construction; 6. Excellent overseas market planning ability, overseas market development ability and marketing ability; 7. Have business negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, resource integration skills, conflict resolution skills, global analysis skills, speech and persuasion skills, etc.
