Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a tailored English learning plan based on the Boss'S proficiency and learning goals. - Schedule and prepare English learning sessions, including resources (books, articles, videos). - Conduct one-on-one English instruction focused on grammar, vocabulary, and conversation. - Regularly assess learning progress, providing feedback and adjustments as needed - Accompany the Boss on international business trips, offering translation and communication support as required. - Assist with company-related tasks, preparing for a future shift in focus toward core business operations. - Adapt work hours based on the Boss’s schedule and travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker. - Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese for daily communication. - Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel internationally for business trips. - Career Commitment in China: Strong dedication to long term career development with the company
