ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the company in growing its visibility in your assigned market. Generate new leads through: Building research (go in town and look for new construction or old buildings…) o Key contact research & surveys. o Massive cold calling session to assist the company in growing its portfolio. o Business Development as per your own creativity. o PR tasks. Organize meetings for yourself & the team Build &/or maintain relationships with prospects/clients to increase the company’s revenue. Secure and close new contracts. Help the marketing department in identifying the best sales strategies. Track & be alert of any inbound calls or emails to spot a business opportunity. Business trips are frequent.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in any related business startup career. Fluent English, Chinese is a mayor plus. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Solid computer skills, including Office Package, and web search. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding of business in China is always an advantage
