Job Responsibilities
1. Develop market strategies and promotion plans for strategic countries based on the development plans of the overseas sales department to achieve sales goals in those markets (strategic country market promotion plans). 2. Collect and analyze market information as needed and based on the annual work plan; collaborate with distributors to formulate market plans, regularly track market trends, and research developments in communication products across various industries such as public safety, energy, and emergency response to analyze potential opportunities and key events (market information analysis). 3. Operate and maintain content for overseas social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including but not limited to capturing trends and relevant industry information, responding promptly to interactions, and monitoring public opinion (local social media account operations). 4. Responsible for the creation of GTM marketing content for products, working closely with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality communication materials and integrate media resources for dissemination, enhancing product visibility (cross-departmental collaboration). 5. Formulate product marketing promotion strategies and plans through digital marketing methods, organize and promote project execution, and track and analyze project performance data while effectively managing budget allocation (digital marketing). 6. Responsible for the creative marketing content for products, collaborating closely with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality communication materials and integrate media resources for dissemination, enhancing product visibility (creative content output). 7. Write planning documents and shoot product videos based on marketing activity plans (activity tracking and implementation). 8. Collaborate and communicate across departments, effectively coordinating related communications, R&D, sales, etc., for integrated marketing of products; establish good relationships with external partners and participate in other cross-departmental joint projects (cross-departmental collaboration). 9. Respond quickly to market demands raised by distributors and customers, fulfilling their needs based on actual circumstances (external collaboration).
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media and Communication, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Three or more years of experience in overseas market promotion. 3. Proficient in English as a working language, with solid English writing skills; experience in operating overseas social media platforms; good theoretical knowledge of marketing and strong copywriting ability. 4. Sensitive to market trends and possess strong information-gathering skills. 5. Creative with unique insights into product marketing content planning. 6. Strong analytical skills, sensitivity to data, quick-thinking, excellent communication skills, and outstanding writing ability. 7. Strong learning ability, eager to learn new knowledge and promotion methods. 8. Experience in marketing promotion, creative content output, or digital marketing for To B or To C electronic products is preferred
