Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating the sales goals and marketing strategies of the categories responsible for the Amazon site, and decomposing the goals, leading the team to efficiently complete the sales and advertising goals; 2. Plan the category operation strategy to ensure the steady development of the category; Regularly analyze category sales data, study competitors in the local market, and continuously explore and optimize category operation strategies; Write an operation analysis report, propose reasonable improvement measures and implement them; 3. Control the inventory of store categories, reasonably stock up and deliver goods, reduce the risk of unsalable goods, and ensure the benign turnover of store category inventory; 4. Lead the team to operate safely and compliantly, deal with all kinds of account issues in a timely manner, and ensure account security; Pay attention to changes in platform and localized market policies, give adjustment plans in a timely manner, and avoid risks; 5. Responsible for team management, optimize the internal cooperation process of the team, improve the efficiency of cooperation within the group, and effectively empower team members to help the team grow together.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or CET-4 or above, good business communication skills, good speaking and listening; 2. More than 3 years of Amazon operation experience, more than 1 year of team management experience, proficient in the rules of the Amazon platform and the process of store operation, white hat play with a strong operation system and thinking, and good past performance; 3. Have keen market judgment ability, teamwork ability, marketing planning ability and problem-solving ability; 4. Have strong logical processing ability, data analysis ability, risk awareness and account crisis handling ability, be familiar with internal and external promotion, be good at discovering product and operation problems from platform and competitive product data, and formulate efficient and feasible competitive sales strategies; 5. Strong communication skills, strong cross-departmental coordination and integration of resources; Self-driven, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, interested and passionate about e-commerce.
