Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and operation of Tiktok accounts for overseas Southeast Asian business, and formulate operation plans based on the differentiation of content in each country; Plan monthly sales goals and complete them 2.Responsible for content creativity and script conception in TikTok product promotion, follow up the data of new scripts and ideas, and optimize scripts based on data 3.Responsible for the number and account operation of the self-broadcast team, formulate live broadcast plans and track live broadcast data, and review with the live broadcast team in a timely manner; Disassemble the monthly target of live broadcast sales and complete the sales plan for the month 4.Responsible for the training and communication of editors and anchors, follow up the implementation and implementation 5.Responsible for advertising analysis and optimization of advertising items, calculate the ROI of each product and follow up the daily ROI 6.Formulate the management rules of the live broadcast and short video team to ensure the team's efficiency and output
Job Requirements
1.1-3 years of cross-border e-commerce work experience, TikTok beauty and personal care live e-commerce background is preferred 2.Strong data analysis ability 3.English can be used as a working language 4.Have independent drive, be responsible for the work content and be able to follow up
