Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's development strategy goals, plan product development direction, formulate product development strategy, conduct industry market research and analysis, market trends, and analyze the market and competitor status; 2. According to product strategic planning, organize demand research, analyze user behavior, design interactive processes, and improve user experience; 3. Participate in the entire process of product project establishment, design, R&D, promotion and iteration, responsible for product user research, user demand organization, demand analysis, and production of development requirements including product flow charts, product interaction diagrams and product demand documents; 4. Work closely with the R&D team to promote R&D quickly and efficiently, and monitor the entire process from product design to test release; 5. Support operation and maintenance, and use product planning iteration to solve various customer problems in operations; 6. Manage project progress, promote product demand implementation, coordinate relevant internal and external resources, and be responsible for the results;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software engineering, communication and other related majors; 2. More than 10 years of relevant experience in technical products, CET-6 (TEM-4) or above, with RPA type product design experience and overseas study and work experience preferred; 3. Proficient in Visio, X-mind, Project , Axure, etc., can output logically clear interactive prototypes, flow charts and product requirements specifications, etc.; 4. Strong self-motivation, innovative and quick learning ability for emerging things, with the ability to conduct market research on target customers, analyze customer demand pain points, analyze competitors, and analyze market size; 5. Good communication skills and resource allocation capabilities, strong stress resistance, goal-oriented, and strong driving force; For those with excellent abilities, the salary can be adjusted through communication!
