MSPBOTS INTELLIGENT CO,. LTD. is the software R&D center of MSPBots in Xi'an. The head office is located in Chicago, and currently has branches in the Philippines, Singapore and other places. The company's business is mainly aimed at the MSP industry (IT service industry) to provide high-quality IT operation and maintenance services (including IT equipment maintenance such as office equipment and network equipment of customer companies, software and hardware product sales, data center operation and maintenance, cloud server sales, etc.) to customers in the US market (financial companies, law firms, etc.) The MSPBots.ai product development work responsible for the Xi'an R&D center includes a full set of processes from product design, software development, and online maintenance. The Xi'an team currently has more than 50 people and plans to expand to 80 people in 25 years. In addition to China, the MSPBots.ai product team has another 100-person support team, including sales, customer service, marketing, technical services and other roles. The product is currently in beta version and has been used by more than 2,000 customers. Customers are distributed in major English-speaking countries (from Australia, Europe to North America). The R&D team and non-R&D teams outside of China work together under the same team framework. As a BI+RPA type product, MSPBots.ai is a data-driven robotic process automation platform specifically designed to help MSPs automate repetitive daily tasks using applications, reports, and robots. The main goal is to help the MSP industry automate business processes to replace mechanical processes in the business to reduce labor costs and increase the operating profits of MSP companies. We are committed to using automation, big data, and artificial intelligence to help MSP companies run daily operations better, cheaper, and faster. Using robotic process automation technology, we have automated about 10-15% of MSP's daily repetitive tasks. We connect to APIs for many popular industries, collect data, generate reports using Power BI, and then use Power BI report-driven robots to fix problems found in these reports.
