Job Responsibilities
• Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information. • Assist new employee onboarding and resignation process. • First point of contact with employees on HR/Admin-related issues and vendors. • Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments, and create and publish job ads. • Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed. • Brings issues to managers’ notice. • Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department. • Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees. • Organize HR/Admin projects, activities and etc. • Ensure legal compliance. • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders, assist Finance Department to manage fixed assets of the company. • Connections with CTS EU branches;
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, Administration, Business or relevant majors. • 1+ years of working experience in relevant industry. • Excellent German, Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills. • Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details. • An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams • Good problem-solving skills. • Be responsible during work.
